My parents have lived here for over 30 years and they have not had any issues. Yes some things could be updated however it’s my understanding it’s beyond their control and falls back on “if” the state/section 8 has the funds. I can’t say nothing bad about the staff they have been there for us , dealt with any concerns , answered our questions and sometimes I think - they do what they can with what they have or allowed to. Cristina the manager is a fraud.They retaliate against they tenants by not fixing things.And americo is a sleaze bucket. ..

Because my relative live over there and I can't come over because he or she is being targeted and unfairly being harassed I have seen the building monitor an maintenance harass he or she.let be clear I have my own place to live. I think it's retaliation cause he or she speaks up for their rights.
