When I moved to Houston, I knew I did not want to live far from work. While searching for a place to call home, I stumbled across eighteen25. Ryan was so sweet and super helpful. He walked me through the entire rental process. It seems so long ago, now we have a new staff who goes over and beyond the expectations of what the previous staff members would do! I love the amenities but most of all I like the staff who ensure we can call it home! Thank you- Carl, Cory, Kat, Layla, Serifah and the cleaning crew! Thank you!

I’ve lived here for over a year. It’s a quiet community with friendly and helpful staff (shoutout Tiffany - she goes above and beyond). My only complaint is with the elevators - they break down often, which is inconvenient.

This will be my second year I was going to move only because I wanted floor to ceiling windows but Tiffany convinced me to stay plus i actually really like it here. The location is great , it’s quiet like I never hear anybody in my apartment or in the hallways. The pool is an absolute vibe. Never had an issue with parking and my guest haven’t either. Maintenance is quick no issues there. They have these little resident events that are super cute and the staff is nice, Tiffany is basically a friend she toured me a year ago and she’s great energy everytime, so go see her if you’re looking and tell her I sent you 😅
