Can't wait to complete my move-in. The location and amenities are top-notch, the staff is great (huge shout-out to Anna and Victoria for their help in expediting a time-sensitive move), and everything is so organized. Miles and miles ahead of other properties nearby in every conceivable way, and a better value as well!

This is one of the worst apartment management experiences my mother has ever dealt with. Over the past year or so, the quality of this property declined dramatically. I personally witnessed dog urine and trash left throughout common hallways, sometimes remaining for extended periods without being addressed. This was not an isolated incident and showed a complete lack of basic maintenance and sanitation. Management was equally problematic. My mother received eviction notices following an autopay malfunction that was not her fault. Rather than resolving the issue, staff offered no meaningful assistance and instead required additional fees and penalties to be paid. Nothing about this experience felt professional or tenant-focused. Based on what I personally saw and what my mother experienced, I would strongly caution anyone considering renting here.

My move-in was seamless, and the leasing staff was phenomenal. Anna assisted me with leasing my unit; she was exceptionally kind, proactively communicative, and super efficient. I was also assisted by Stephanie for a few random questions I had, and she never hesitated to answer them if Anna wasn't available. No complaints!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Great pool. Really solid unit. Tall ceilings. Cozy, especially for what it was. I also just really enjoyed the staff. I didn't have issues with the previous staff, but Victoria, Stephanie and Anna really went above and beyond on a number of items. Bottom line: if you're looking for really affordable rent near the Heights with a great staff, you'd be hard pressed to find a better place to live. Highly recommend.

I love that the staff and the apartments are so amazing. Ana was so nice and knowledgeable. Even about the tenants. She is so caring and always ask about the pets. Even me being a cat mom she informed me about the cat event happening. So glad that I am able to call this place home. So convenient for me as well for work and a great place too if I need to work from home. Keep up the great work. From the ladies at the front desk, maintenance and the carpet cleaner and even other Tenants. Everyone is so nice. I feel very welcomed here. I made a good choice.
