Costa Verde Apartments

Absolutely terrible experience. Costa Verde seems more interested in finding excuses to take your money than in treating tenants fairly. After we followed all the proper move-out procedures — including leaving the keys inside the apartment as instructed — they falsely claimed we “abandoned” the unit. This is completely untrue, and just a shady way to keep our deposit or charge extra fees. We did everything the right way, but they clearly weren’t interested in honesty — only in squeezing more money out of tenants. If you're thinking about moving here, be extremely careful. Document everything, because they will look for any excuse to charge you unfairly. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !

Maintenance don’t fix nothing, music is to loud every night, and no security. Before was good but when they change the manager everything is worse..

This complex has rats and a leak that drips like crazy any time it rains. They’re aware of these issues but haven’t dome anything about it. If you have the money find other apartments. Or a the very least find an apartment with the same issues that charges less. 1500 for these conditions is crazy

I have been part of this community for a very long time and I love all the recent changes they have done! The community feels safer as they have everything so well lit. They have made patches to broken roads and have made the property a more aesthetically pleasing environment. The staff is very kind and always eager to help their residents.

Maintenance here is always doing their job on time! I really like the new management mainly because of that. The previous management would take forever to get things done! Ashley is always super nice as well and does what she can when I need something.
