I have been here since February 2026. The front office staff has been amazing. Every issue that I have had since I been here has been quickly corrected by the maintenance team. I am so happy living here.

Charming community, very clean. Layouts are spacious. Brooklyn did a great job, she was friendly, professional and helpful.

Hands down the best apartments that we’ve lived in. Apartments are spacious, built thoughtfully and have attached garages. Our viewing and leasing process was executed virtually, thanks to Brooklyn - She is a wonderful person and flawless at her job. The maintenance team is top notch and will attend to your requests quickly and efficiently. The community is always clean and well maintained. We’ve loved living here and would recommend to anyone moving to this area.

I’ve lived at CNH since 2022. My experience has been peaceful, & any issues that may have come up are always addressed timely. Great office staff and maintenance. Israel & Clarence are who usually come to take care of my maintenance requests, & they both are very helpful. I appreciate that every unit has an attached garage. I would rate this place 4.5-5. Some aspects of the design in the units are a bit dated. Outside of that, great place to call “home”.
