WOW! Brookelyn, you are amazing! Thank you so much for all of your assistance in helping me to visualize my new apartment and the grounds with your creative approach (FaceTime Video Tour)! You’ve made me feel right at home, and I knew quickly that I found my place all because of your caring approach to helping me find exactly what I wanted and needed! I am excited to be part of the Cortland North Haven community and I owe that all to you “my friend!” 😉

Brooklyn met with us the first time we visited (and quite a few times after). Always with a smile on her face and helpful information to share. We are looking forward to beginning the new year in our new apartment knowing our move will be smooth thanks to her!

I’ve had the great pleasure of speaking to and dealing with Eddie from start to finish when it came to looking at potential units. He welcomed me with open arms and ears as to what I was looking for. He’s a great guy and definitely a prime representation of Cortland’s staff and management. Overall an amazing place to call home knowing the staff is very attentive and personable. I would recommend them to any family, couple, or singles looking to call home and be taken care like being part of a family.
