We are long term residents and have experienced multiple management, maintenance and housekeeping teams. The team in place now headed by Stephanie A. is doing a stellar job of making the community a safe, clean, welcoming and beautiful place to call home. Hats off to Alex heading the maintenance team and Claudia in Housekeeping. We are very grateful to call Cortland Museum District home sweet home. We love living at the Cortland Museum District so much! Genuinely the best management team we've ever had at any building ever. The effort they put into the communal spaces, service, and events is OUTSTANDING. It truly feels like a community, and so much of that is part of Ericka and her team. Also a huge shoutout to Alex, on the service management team, and the incredibly kind concierge team including Malick and Mike!

I continue to have an outstanding experience living at Cortland Museum District. From the amenities to the attentive management team, everything has been exceptional and has exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I moved in over five years ago, the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and care from the management team and staff has remained consistently outstanding. The building is beautifully maintained, and the common areas are always clean, modern, and welcoming. One of the things I appreciate most is the level of security and peace of mind. The controlled access, attentive concierge and valet services, along with the well-lit surroundings, make the community feel both safe and comfortable. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, and communication from management is always clear and professional. The amenities truly elevate the living experience. The fitness center is well-equipped, the resident lounge areas are stylish and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere feels upscale without being overwhelming. The views are stunning, and the location is incredibly convenient to dining, shopping, and major highways. What truly makes the Cortland Museum District high-rise stand out is its sense of community and attention to detail. Stephanie Atlikhani and her staff go above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and heard. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for luxury, convenience, and exceptional service in a high-rise setting.
