Really like the apartments as well as the views and space! Quiet neighborhood!

I don't live there but I have a friend that lives there. The parking is absolutely horrible everyone is stacked on each other. It's extremely ghetto and dirty. My friend regrets moving there and will not renew another lease. We don't like visiting. At night shady looking guys roam around the parking lots looking suspicious and up to no good.

Try to visit a relative but can't because no proper designated visitor parking and definitely no proper handicap designated parking. Too many cars at lots of the residences which causes the area to be hard to pass thru and double parking and blocking others driveways. Resident altercations have occurred as well due to this. New units built and once occupied there will be even more issues because the older residents feel they can continue to park the way they have been especially if you only have 1-2 carsand they have 2+ they park in your area. Units are nice and spacious.

Too much noise and no parking restrictions people park in the middle of the road and the management does not improve on this along with tenant noise
