My experience with Casa del Sol has been awesome! When I initially walked into the office last year, Erika was very welcoming and made me feel like I was already home. It has only gotten better. Whenever I need maintenance, they are prompt. When my air conditioner went out last summer, Jose brought me a temporary one shortly thereafter so that I was not uncomfortable, and then had the air conditioner fixed in record time. Anytime I need anything, Erika and her staff are readily available. I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. If you are considering moving here, don't hesitate to do so. I highly recommend this place!

This complex is a rare find. The management is super helpful and understanding. They are always accessible and go above and beyond my request. We love the space that we have in our apartment, especially the walk-in closets. We can't wait for the winters to enjoy our wood burning fireplace and the beltway is so accessible to us. We have lived here for over 5 years and look forward to signing a new lease.

Not the nicest part of town, but overall really nice apartments. These apartments are a good deal for what you paying for. Living here is pretty affordable and it has nice amenities. The spaces inside are pretty clean (no roaches/pests) and have hardwood floors. The best part about living here are the managers. Alexandria has been a pleasure to have as a landlord and she's very friendly to everyone. The maintenance people don't wait around when you make a request and will take care of you. Though this is a great place to live, it's not perfect and there are some things that I would personally want changed. There needs to be more lighting, most noticeably in the parking lot next to the exit. There are some rough roads in some areas and the speed bumps are (like final boss) brutal. Parking could be better and they should allow a gate code so that you don't have to open the gate for friends. Besides that, I would definitely recommend this place.

I just moved in July of this year. I love maintenance you get taken care of fast. The community is very calm, I really like how the team from the office takes care of their resident's. At, first I thought I wouldn't get adjusted to the small community since I come from large community apartments but I love it here you get more attention to your needs faster. The inside of the apartments are very nice especially the floors. Alexandria and Adam are great persons to work with. Alexandria has a terrific personality. They both know about customer service. Great job!
