I’ve lived here for about three years, and this has easily been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Each year we get new management, and unfortunately, they’ve all been terrible. They seem to care far more about money than about the residents’ safety or wellbeing. We’re paying for amenities that we can’t even use, and whenever anyone asks about it, the response is always, “It’s beyond our control.” For three years, I’ve dealt with mold issues, broken appliances, and little to no maintenance follow-up. The “showroom” they present to new renters looks nothing like the actual units we live in. To make matters worse, management has made parking a nightmare. They’ve converted almost all the regular parking spots into VIP (paid) spaces, forcing residents to pay more or risk being towed. Guest parking is nearly impossible since visitor spots are extremely limited and the registration system doesn’t even work properly. When residents bring up these issues, management pretends to listen but never takes any real action. After years of dealing with this, it’s clear that tenant concerns don’t matter here. We’re essentially paying $1,000 a month just for a bed in a place that doesn’t value its residents. I hope local housing officials and potential renters take note — people deserve better living conditions and management accountability. However, I do want to mention that there is 2 people in the office who genuinely tries their best to help. They always friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to assist residents — whether it’s handling packages or simply treating people with respect. They’re one of the few bright spots in an otherwise disappointing experience. 💗 Update: Since my last post, I can honestly say management has started trying to improve things. The new building manager has been understanding, responsive, and actually listens. For the first time since living here, I feel heard. Knowing that my concerns are being acknowledged and worked on means a lot, and I appreciate the effort.🙌🏾 Thank you for hearing us!

I lived at this apartment complex for 2 years, and there was always a problem. These are some of the problems I've had to deal with. The stairways constantly smelled like urine and were never cleaned properly. The door handles leading from the outside into the building were broken for months at a time, meaning anyone could just walk right in. The garage gate was broken almost every week or just didn’t work at all. On top of that, the elevator was broken nearly every week, leaving residents stuck taking the stairs even when carrying groceries or furniture. The pool was almost always dirty, and the parking garage was disgusting trash everywhere and just overall poor maintenance. There were multiple incidents of cars being broken into and even people’s tires being stolen, and management did absolutely nothing about it. I really tried to overlook these problems and make the best of it, but after a while, it was just too much to deal with. When it came to dealing with the office, if you had a simple issue, they'll help you. But as soon as your problem was even slightly complicated, they’d get an attitude and refuse to be helpful. After I moved out in July, I got a bill for damages. The email said I could appeal it, but they listed the wrong email to send the appeal too. For the past 3 months, I’ve been trying to contact them both in person and through email and all they’ve done is give me the runaround, sending me to different email addresses and avoiding responsibility. When I went to the office the last time to speak with someone in person, I was met with an attitude. I asked for the corporate number, and the woman at the desk said she didn’t know it and that I’d “have to look it up,” and she said it with an attitude, too. After reading other reviews, I can confirm that what people are saying is true. I’ve experienced most of it myself. Save yourself the stress and do not stay here.

Had an easy stay at this place until the management changed this year. Dealing with them has been an uphill task. I moved out and need my deposit refunded but they do not pick calls nor do they notify you the progress of getting back your deposit. Also, ensure you record every little engagement you have with the staff/management because they will flip and frustrate you. Attached are photos of my expected deposit balance and a transcription of the call recordings. I still haven’t received my deposit.

If I could give 0 stars I would, telling you this because I wish someone told me. I have been living at Campus Vue since May and through out the whole process it has been an uphill battle. Before I even moved here I had a very hard time contacting anyone from the leasing office. I had to constantly drive to Campus Vue which was an hour away, just for the leasing office to tell me they can't do anything. While I was moving into my first room, I found that my roommates had pets, before moving in I told Campus Vue I was seriously allergic, they moved me and while I was at peace in my new room later in August my new roommates came in with pets, now Campus Vue says there is nothing they can do. They don't clean the unit after anyone moves out, when I moved in there was old food in the fridge making the whole unit smell. They say don't put your trash out before 6pm, if you do you get fined but valet trash will leave the trash for days smelling up the halls attracting flys and gnats into the units. Speaking of gnats my unit was infested with gnats (because of the old food), I did a maintenance request and they never came. I also have to do maintenance request on my outlets often because they just go out. The stairwells smell of urine, elevators never work, they never answer the phone, most of the staff are rude, the model look nothing like the units, and I once saw old panties in the community area. Also my car was broken into in July, when I asked Campus Vue if there is anything they can do they said no, left me to deal with my car, then offered other residents free Starbucks. The leftover shards of the broken glass still sits in the parking garage. At the end of August my car was towed because Campus Vue didn't tell me I needed to redo my Parking Permit after I resigned my lease. Paid 350 dollars to get my car back and Campus Vue says it's my fault and they went up on the parking cost. A week later the tires off of my car was stolen, and yet again nothing they can do. Do not live here if you value your property and sanity.

I am deeply concerned about the conditions my daughter encountered upon moving into her apartment. The cleaning crew did a subpar job, leaving the apartment in an unsanitary state, and the electrical system was not functional on move-in day. Additionally, there is a persistent leak in the hallway that has created a puddle, which has only grown over the past five days. Since August 16, I have been calling the office repeatedly, and not once has anyone answered the phone. I even stood outside the office door and called, only to hear the phones ringing inside with no one picking up. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. When I brought these issues to the office's attention in person, I was met with an unprofessional response. A young staff member dismissively remarked that the situation would be handled, and then prevented others from properly addressing the problem, suggesting that it was merely a matter of mopping. However, this is clearly more than just a simple cleanup issue. This situation is unacceptable, and they need to staff the office with professional, responsive people. I am now considering seeking legal advice to explore options for terminating the lease and finding a resolution. .
