Camden Plaza

I wanted to send a huge thank you to the team at Camden Plaza. I appreciate all the help with moving in the community. You guys have been wonderful. We love this community and will continue to lease here. Have a wonderful work week, Angela

FAILED TO PROVIDE INTERNET that is lease agreement Several internet outages for several months in a daily basis consistently during high traffic hours 7-9:00am 11-12 and 3:30pm-5:00pm Technology package of $ 130 monthly fee for internet and there is no internet at all . They have a contract with Xfinity and you are forced to accept the $130 that includes cable that i do not use or want . There have been several outages with Xfinity I have sent several time stamps it happened during high traffic hours 7am 11-12am and 3:30-5pm management failed to resolve the issue they tell me its my problem or the equipment and I need to resolve it with Xfinity . Today Xfinity had construction all day passing new LINES digging in the street Norfolk 3 ft in front of my apartment . There was NO notice at all . . There was noise since 8:00am and no internet at all from 9:00am-9:09pm I still have no internet and have to wait until tommorow to call Xfinity . There is obviously a big issue and has been and that’s why Xfinity has to pass new lines but they do not acknowledge that instead they charged $130 for internet every month and tell you to call . Xfinity tells you internet is fine . If you work from home do not move here . Or if you rely on internet for professional emails which is everyone then you will have many issues with work. Move to Camden highland village they do not force the $130 internet charge you get to choose your own company and internet. The most frustrating experience that has cost me a lot of time and work problems since the internet goes down for several hours during business hours as well . I have never had Xfinity I have had AT&T and always had no problem at all . . Paying $130 and having no internet is unacceptable paying $1700 in rent and having such a poor customer service that does gives you the runaround and no help at all is not ok. all . . The office is closed for the most part It’s closed on Sunday while all other offices are open in other Camden locations nearby . limited hours during the week . When you reach out via email they tell you to come in to the office instead of resolving the issue . When you go in office there is one person or no one at all usually they give tours or take a long time to get to you and you have to live . There have been other issues too Maintainance comes in with no notification They actually damaged a DSRL camera $4k it was on the floor in a suitcase and the maintenance guy moved it to put the stairs and get to the vents . People entering your unit and invading your privacy is not ok . I have been a resident here for many years but the past year and the pat couple of months have been consistently worse due to no internet and very poor or no customer service . Would not recommend this residence to anyone. BIG ISSUE With PARKING there are no parking spots at all you have to drive all the way to the 4/5th floor . They are subleasing to Airbnb and any unauthorized vehicles and extra cars have never had that issue with parking . Once again in Camden highland you have an assigned parking for same amount of rent . Management has not form anything. To resolve the issue since the garage is too small . It’s very tiring at the end of the end to have to climb stairs and then again early in the morning. The two pools are always dirty and out of service . Once again management has not addressed the issue . Other Camden’s have sparkling clean pools and almost never been out of reach . The rent is high for a fa residence with no facilities . Gym is also small compared to other Camden’s close to here . Quality has decreased significantly I have leaved here for 3 years there have been no improvements or renovations at all but a constant increase in rent . Other Camden’s renovate and have better facilities .

Camden Plaza is what other apartments should strive to be! Attentive, responsive, and very clean. The office staff and maintenance staff have all been so kind and helpful in many situations. I would like to especially recognize Rosie, who is an amazing property manager who has always been extremely helpful and kind since the moment I toured the property. I have lived in other Camdens before, no others compare to my amazing experience I’ve had living here.

Been living here since February , and would like to say that the staff here is very helpful, polite and willing to make sure you are comfortable. The maintenance team is on point with cleaning andeven request I ask before moving in was addressed. Living here has been quiet, clean , and comforting and love the walkability of the neighborhood. Shout out to Garrett for being extremely helpful and the office manager( sorry forgot your name), but the whole staff is amazing!

Such a warm welcome! I’ve lived here five whole days, and been helped by residents and staff. Maintenance has responded quickly to show me how to use things, and the office is always there with advice and information. And I much appreciate the lovely gift Camden Plaza left in my unit. All of this tells me I made the right choice moving here. Thank you all!
