Cambridge Square

I lived there for 13 months, fulfilled my contract, and have proof of the apartment's condition upon arrival and departure, including both keys and the parking sticker. I also provided the required 60-day notice and the address where I wanted my deposit returned. Five months have passed, and I still haven't received my deposit back. I'm speaking from my own experience. I've gone in person twice to inquire, and nothing has been done. I've sent emails through the website, and I have proof of my inquiries about my deposit, but I haven't received any response. I do not recommend this place. I did everything to comply with the contract, and they still won't return my deposit.

From one moment to the next, we had to cut the grass ourselves because there was no one to cut it. The grass is too long. Those of us with children have to be careful where we step because we've already found snakes, and the management doesn't care. We've spoken to them, and they don't care. The owners do nothing, and if you pay rent, they tell you to vacate the apartment, not caring if there are children or not. They should change the staff, especially that woman Edna, who threatens to ruin your credit if you leave the apartment. It's not fair, really. They always say, "Come talk to us," but if there's a problem, both women act like they don't know anything. They don't care about the tenants; they don't fix anything. Terrible management.

I have no words to describe the poor management and disorganization of these apartments. I would never recommend anyone live in this place.
