This apartment complex is a nightmare to live in, plagued with severe hygiene issues, including bed bugs, roaches, and a complete lack of maintenance. The owner is extremely rude, never listens to tenant complaints, and refuses to address these persistent problems. Despite repeated concerns, nothing is ever fixed—the roads are rough, security is non-existent with the gate always open or broken, and the pool remains closed without any safety measures. When it’s time to move out, the owner conveniently disappears, only to later send false charges and aggressively threaten tenants who demand their security deposit back. The entire place is a scam, and if possible, it deserves zero stars.

I don't recommend renting here. It's cheap, but it's cheap for a reason. And honestly, I don't even think it was worth the rent I was paying. Firstly, there is no sense of security because the residents keep the side door open, and I was one of the 20-30 cars that got broken into. Management didn't do anything about this but offer an apology lol. The buildings are old, and you can definitely tell. For example, I kept my apartment at 80 degrees during the month of July and got charged for 700 kW of electricity, which is extremely high considering that it's a 400 sqft apartment and I wasn't even in town for the month. I contacted management and they assured me that their A/C was of high standards, which is doubtful. From then on, I kept my apartment at 83 degrees (ridiculous and freaking hot) and my bill still came out to around $100. For more reference, I'm at an apartment twice as big now and keep the temperature much lower and I'm using half the kW. Furthermore, the roof of the building literally fell on my car. I contacted management about it, and it took them three weeks to fix it despite me emailing frequently that no one had come to check on it even though they kept saying that someone would come soon -.- Lastly, as a few of the other reviews have said, you have to fight to get back your security deposit back. They literally ghosted me after I returned my keys and didn't even acknowledge that I did return them. I had to spam them with emails just for them to give me half of the deposit back (a day late might I add). Additionally, they didn't send me an itemized receipt even after they said they would. If you're renting here, you should know your rights. Your security deposit and itemized receipt has to be returned within 30 days of move out or you can sue your landlord for 3x what you're owed. Read the TX law and get your money back.
