Calais Midtown

Mold. (APT1219 now charging $100 extra to rent on March 3, 2026) I would personally tell all my friends and family to stay away. Not a huge issue for me as I use stairs but elevator stops working at least once a month for a good week at a time. Was really hoping this would be the right place as it’s close to work, only good thing about these apartments is feng cha! I was given the apartment in a nasty condition as shown in some pics and made it better by asking the maintenance to fix everything which took nearly 10 months for everything to get fixed, now they’re stressing about move out costs lol Reply to the reply: so standard guidelines for moving out but no standard guidelines for moving in to a fresh/ clean apartment? Ya’ll need to do better!

I loved living at Calais Midtown! The entire team is wonderful — everyone in the leasing office is kind, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Bettie in particular is a gem; she made the place feel like home from day one. She really cares and is truly a wonderful person! The apartments are beautiful and safe, and any maintenance issues I had were always fixed quickly. The new clubhouse renovations are gorgeous too. I called this place home for years and would recommend it to anyone!

The Calais Midtown is a great place to live. I have been a resident for 8 years and it’s a place I call home. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. What makes the Calais my home is the friendly leasing staff, Bettie, Jay and Raina. I have known Bettie since I moved in and consider her a friend. She has made me feel like I’m a part of the Calais family. Besides her warm and friendly disposition, she has been so thoughtful and helpful. She is there to help you with things even beyond the Calais. She is one of the most important reasons why I have stayed at the Calais so long. I hope she is here for a very long time after. Lindsey is the new Property Manager who oversees everything. She is very approachable and so nice. She listens to your concerns-and keeps the Calais beautiful. She is open to listening to the concerns of the residents and is the final decision in most matters. She is fairly new and has become a big part of the Calais family. I’m not forgetting Jay and Raina, who always greet you with a warm welcome and the biggest smile. They are enthusiastic and always willing to help you. Last but not least is the great Maintenance Department. Ryan manages a talented staff who help keep the Calais the Calais. Ryan is the master of everything and goes over and beyond to make sure the apartments are kept in tip top shape. He is very knowledgeable and will answer any concerns or issues you might have. He is supported by Brian who has been a major help to me. Brian works so hard and you won’t even know he’s been in your apartment because he cleans up so well! So beyond the beautiful buildings and apartments, it’s the staff who really make you feel like you’re part of a family. That’s what makes the Calais so special. Many thanks to all!
