It's not a wheelchair friendly place. Office's are too small, no electric doors for wheelchairs ,no place to sit and wait for return ride home and the whole building is always hot

This is a great location and property for your business. When I was first starting out Boxer was the only property that would lease to me without any questions or credit check. They are very diligent about responding to questions and requests. I would highly recommend this property to all. A+

I have currently been leasing an office at this location for 5 years. We have recently experienced a change in management, and it is greatly appreciated. Marcus has been very attentive to the needs of the tenants, while bringing various companies like AT&T to conduct business socials. This hands on approach has motivated me to extend my lease for multiple years. Thanks Marcus

While the building is a bit outdated and one of the two elevators in a 6 floor building has been broken for over a month there is a redeeming factor: Joel the Watchman. (at the 2600 S. Loop West property) He is always professional, kind, and extremely helpful. In a less than wonderful area I know that everything is secure while i'm here.
