Worst experience we have ever had with a property management company. Lily is by far The most unprofessional, Inconsistent and rude person we have ever dealt with. Before Lilly was assigned to our property, everything was very smooth no problems.

Do not lease from these people. Property Manager Lily is one of the worst, most inconsiderate, inconsistent, incomplete and incompetent property managers I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. When I moved into the Hollyhock Apartments, I was unable to see the unit beforehand due to some supposed liability issue, according to her. When I finally moved in on March 1st, none of the appliances worked, and as of now, they still do not work. There have been multiple failed attempts to fix them, including one instance where a technician came out, repaired the appliance, but Lily refused to pay him for reasons unknown, leading the technician to remove the part and leave. Before leaving, the technician informed me that she knew the appliances weren’t working prior to me signing the lease and moving in. I’ve made several attempts to reach out to her, but I’ve been ignored. Additionally, the water here comes out brown and leaves your skin itchy for days. The roaches and bugs are out of control, and you’ll have to deal with them on a daily basis. Save yourself the headache and move elsewhere. I am currently in the process of filing a civil suit with my lawyer for the damages, time, headache, and money lost during this ordeal. You’ve been warned.
