Terrible place to live. Packages get stolen from the door, people break into empty apartments at night and steal tires, the bathrooms leak, the air conditioning is broken for weeks at a time, they cut off the hot water, cockroaches crawl all over the ceiling. It's disgusting; they should close it down.

They say it takes 3 to 6 months to fix something like that, and we had to go to our friend's house every time we wanted to use the bathroom.

Gentlemen, do not move to this condominium. I renewed my contract and I regret it. Since Tuesday, my sink has been leaking, and today is Friday, and they still haven't fixed the problem. Besides, the gunshots here are like fireworks. This place is no longer safe for anyone; it's disgusting.
