Bellaire Estates Apartments

I love everything about the Estates.. the office staff is always welcoming. Patrice was phenomenal. When I first toured the Estates I wasn’t looking to move until top of the new year but after meeting Patrice and seeing the grounds I felt at home. I applied a week later and moved in the following week. Everything has been amazing so far and I can definitely see myself staying here for some time. Thank you Patrice and everyone in the office who answered all of my questions leading up to my move

Kimberly is absolutely amazing! She was patient, helpful, and made the entire process so much easier. She answered every question clearly, was always professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. You can tell she really loves her job and takes pride in helping people. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, Kimberly is the one. Highly recommend!

Ive been living at this property for a month now and I can’t describe the level of peace I’ve experienced since being here. Everything from viewing the property to move in, to actually being a resident has been smooth. Starting with Patrice in the leasing office. She is amazing! She called me when a unit was available not knowing that I was still looking for a place. Afterwards, she answered my calls, responded to my many questions and she never made me feel like I was a burden. Most importantly, she kept me informed. So, thank you Patrice! The property is well maintained and quiet. I love the location of my unit and I also love how convenient the parking garage is to it. My unit is spacious and I like the color scheme. The maintenance team here is A1 and they are the nicest guys I’ve met. They respond to request very fast too. My only complaint is valet trash. Sometimes he picks it up and sometimes he doesn’t. I know I’m following the trash rules so idk what that’s about. All in all, I am loving the place. I tend to stay in one place for a while, so I don’t see myself leaving here until I’m ready to purchase my own home. I recommend this property to anyone looking to rent an apartment with great amenities, a staff with great customer service and an A1 maintenance team. P.s., they have food trucks occasionally at the property! That was a pleasant surprise.
