Management is just so so awesome, kind, helpful, has interest in all to get you approved for a successful move-in I will be referring coworker and anyone that's in need for a safe quiet place to call home

I am happy to live in Beechnut Grove Apartments because if there is any maintenance the management take it seriously and help to solve the issue. Mr.Wilfredow is has been very helpful. I don't know what we would have done without his help. Thank you management for keeping good staff like Wilfredo 👍

Maintenance is incompetent. He has no experience in fixing anything. He spray the black mold with clorox and just painted over it. The lease says you can not clean mold from a porous area. Horrible apartment complex. It took them 2 months to fix my air conditioner. They have so many excuses to not fix the problem. I am so glad this time I signed a 6 month lease. They raise the rent even after 6 months. The first time it was $25 and now it will go up $10. Even contacting the main owners of the complex is useless. Closets have water stains and smell wet. Cracks in ceilings my ceiling is coming apart in my room. My belongings were destroyed when the pipe burst in the restroom. Cracks in the dining room area. And the cabinet under the sink still hasn't been fixed.
