This is a condominium. Some units are privately owned and others are rentals. It can be hard to find a particular unit. GPS will only take you to the parking lot

The amount of trimester you can find here is wild! I mean every week landscaping comes through and does the bushes and they allow you to have as much of the trimming as you want! 10/10 Those guys are true Americans!

The HOA fees are way too high for the quality we get return. When i first moved in they cut down a tree that’s just a stump and left inside my fence area and I just filed a work order to get my broken down fence repair. They tore down the fence and are now shortening my fence area on top of building on top of the tree stump right in the middle. When I told the workers they lied to me and said it’s part of the condo plans but I called for those already and no one has them. They also tried to lie and say they are building it in the same spot. So I call management and she tells me that they are going to remove it on a later date which is also a lie because I asked “how are you going to remove it with the fence over it?” Then the she said “the maintenance workers are telling me they can drill holes and pour chemicals to turn the stump into dirt” they must be wizards if they can pull that off. You have to grind the stump down. I’m sure they are just going to kill it and leave a rotting stump and do nothing about it.
