Bayou Village Apartments

Let me just say I am EXTREMELY pleased with my new apartment !!! I was rushing here to clean today, walked in & the place was spotless, smell goods (MY FAVORITE SCENT LOL) & so cozy !!!🥹 Huge thanks to Ms. Suzanne for working this out for me & I look forward to my new beginning💜🙏🏽 I would most definitely recommend this complex. This will be my 2nd apartment on my own as a 21 year old & I am so excited to make new memories here!!! All glory be to God🙌🏾

I have a friend that lives here who I visit often. It’s a great complex and the staff is extremely helpful whenever maintenance issues or other things arise. I highly recommend this place.

I do not like to make negative posts but my patience with this place has worn thin. I made maintenance aware of a water leak a year ago in the roof of my apartment and absolutely nothing was done about it. Photos and video are from when the roof finally gave out on me and my daughters as we were watching t.v. because of the upstairs water leak. When I asked the maintenance man if I'm the only one that has to deal with this, he says "it happens all the time". Smdh. There have also been multiple HVAC system failures that took weeks of begging to have fixed. The property is extremely outdated, falling apart, and maintenance will gaslight you until you stop asking for repairs.

Worst apartments I have ever stayed in management is HORRIBLE and maintenance is even WORSE. Left my floor like this for months after I fell through the floor while pregnant after informing them of soft spots. Also said nothing was wrong with the door.
