THANK YOU, ALFREDO! Just moved in and had a couple of issues that needed to be fixed. Everything was fixed on a timely manner. Extremely nice man. Very efficient, helpful, and friendly. Best maintenance help I’ve ever gotten.

Had a few (5) maintenance requests submitted, they were completed/looked into within 24 hours by Alfredo. Stellar service and team at the office were kind to my instructions and worked with my schedule for availability in a concise manner. Thanks Bay Club!

BIG SHOUT OUT to Alfredo for being efficient, prompt, and a joy to have around the complex to resolve maintenance issues. I appreciate the ladies at the front office hosting fun events like the recent pumpkin decorating contest. It really means a lot to build a sense of community.

Big shout out to the maintenance team at Bay Club (love the office staff also)! They are always punctual with completing and addressing issues! Particularly grateful to Alfredo for promptly fixing my A/C unit today! Submitted the work request and he showed up and had it cooling off within the hour! Thank you for what you do!
