Ashford St. Cloud Apartments

Please, do not choose to live here. i have lived here for 2 years, and this complex has many concerns such as Hot water, pipes, and insects. Hot water is the the major issue for the whole complex we have Hot water issue since i moved here. my issues were communicated to management and often ignored or resolved poorly.

We've been living here for years the manager is super rude, I'm not the first person who's said that there's been multiple incidents with different people living here cause of her attitude more than 5 of my neighbors have left because of her Ana . Elizabeth was the only person In the office that gave great service never gave attitude never had a problem with her. Ana in the other hand is the worst manager this apartments could’ve ever have she made promises when we renewed the contract and not one time nothing of what she said ever got fixed. This apartments are great but the office manager literally brings them down and she's the reason many other people have left , because of her worst personality and attitude she has . I renewed my contract many many times and they never came to fix anything. She is very very rude these apartments would be way better without her and I’m sure many residents would still be living here if it wasn’t for her .

I’ve had a great experience living here! The apartment is clean, modern, and quiet. Management is friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests. The location is super convenient, and I always feel safe with the gated entry. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place in Houston! Thanks to Stephanie for handling my concerns.

Recently I been looking to rent out an apartment here and at first it was a struggle, but when I started talking to this Leasing Consultant, I believe her name was Stefany Rodriguez, she was super nice and kind to me. She was really patient with me and answered all my questions, and I could tell she really knew her stuff. She made my search so much easier and smooth, and I’m looking forward to getting more in touch with her in the near future. If you plan on living here, go give her a call, she will make the process 1000% easier. I totally recommend her!

Worst place to live. We’ve asked management to come try to fix some of these horrible conditions and NO ONE HAS came to help us despite the many times we asked to take a look. These are roach infested apartments literally living outside the complex. The lights don’t even work and we pay the light bill literally for no reason. No matter how much we ask the repair mans won’t fix anything. There is barely any parking due to neighbors saving spots. Visitors often come leaving no parking for the residents. Some neighbors are nice and friendly but most are rude. I cannot wait to leave. Security does not do a well job. We have had two vheicles stolen it’s not a safe neighborhood here. The worst place to live. Please save your money and the stress. Don’t get me wrong i’m so grateful to have a roof over my head but i cannot stand another day in this complex
