Ashford Buena Vista Apartments

On Sunday 31 May, I was on my way to the store when I walked by boiler room #2. I could hear inside a very panicked and terrified kitten. As I got closer I could see him attempt to get out through the fan vent. I called the after hours number but no one was available so the kitten had to spend the rest of the day and night in a very hot and loud environment. On Monday maintenance had not been able to respond yet, but as I walked around to the front of the building Luis was available. As before he was extremely helpful and we were finally able to get a terrified kitten out of a frightening situation. The kitten recovered for the day as he hasn't eaten in several days. Luis was again instrumental. He along with the entire staff is always helpful and available and have many times even been available after hours when something demands urgent attention. Thank you again Luis and the entire staff for being very helpful and maybe even saving a small life.

This complex feels safe, especially thanks to the diligence of Zamira, and the other office staff. Tenants can seem careless, leaving trash around, and being destructive, but they are also friendly, and good people. Maintenance, and other necessaries are timely, and professional. Overall, I'm very impressed!

I like how they work when you get a ticket. They fix it quickly, very good maintenance, the gentleman does a great job.
