The new manager & staff are really great! Zamira is literally the best..very transparent and honest! & that’s all that matters. Any issues, they try to address in a timely manner! This is the best staff this property has had in yearssssss!! Love the improvement.

I would like to thank louise for his diligence in helping to maintain a clean and safe environment outside of the patio areas around the stairs. This had become a problem where not knowing who it was, but people were leaving things like snack bags or bits of food and even plates of food either on the stairs or near the stairs.Or in the front area near the patios. I have myself several times had to shue other cats away from eating food.Someone would just come and throw into the common area.In the grass. Throwing out plates of food encourages increased cat.Traffic in the general area A clean area discourages this. That actually happened several times. When the areas are clean, the area has a lot cleaner and pleasing aesthetic.Look to it as it should Please send louise all my thanks and compliments for helping to keep the area clean. Thank you

Luis was very helpful and professional while assisting with the maintenance of my apartment. He addressed issues promptly and made sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. Overall, this is a great community with a well-maintained property and responsive staff.

Yohandry is such a great worker he is so helpful and kind all the time. He fixed the lights on my building very fast!

I highly recommend leasing at this location. Amada and Zamira make this property feel safe, their security team is on point. goes above and beyond to getting things fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is phenomenal they treat their tenants with respect. Play ground is always clean when my kids go and play
