Artistry Design District

When I started touring for a new home in January, Artistry Design District was my third stop out of seven different communities — and it immediately stood out. I was completely won over by the beautiful pool and the thoughtfully designed amenities. Ruby was an amazing tour guide — knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely excited about the community. After my initial visit, I decided to come back to switch to a smaller unit. Robert, the Community Manager was extremely helpful and patient throughout that process. He personally showed me additional units and took the time to make sure I felt confident in my decision. He has been consistently kind and supportive from start to finish. Liz was accommodating and helpful when it came to signing my lease documents, and answering questions that I had. Fast forward to move-in a few days ago — the experience has been just as positive. The office staff has been so welcoming, my move-in was seamless and stress-free, and the grounds are always clean and well-maintained. The maintenance team has also been incredibly responsive and arrived quickly when needed, which speaks volumes. I also love the resident events — they really create a sense of community. The residents themselves have been so kind and helpful, which makes such a difference when moving somewhere new. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. It truly feels like home already.

Huge thanks to Liz and Robert for going above and beyond with us. I don’t think any other place would’ve accommodated us the way they did. They had the right to say no to our requests, instead they handled everything so graciously. The community is clean, friendly, and welcoming. Since the day we toured the complex it has been a nice experience. Ruby was great showing us around, and answering questions. Robert was able to show me the unit before signing all the documents and he listened to my concerns, hence why he was able to help us out. Can’t say thank you enough to everyone!

I absolutely love living at Artistry Design District! The cool modern industrial look was one of the first things that drew me in, and it still makes me smile every time I walk through the building. The design is sleek, stylish, and just has a really unique vibe that feels different from your typical apartment complex. The pool area is amazing and easily one of my favorite spots to unwind. It feels like a little staycation right at home. I also really appreciate the monthly resident events. They do a great job creating opportunities for neighbors to connect, which makes the community feel welcoming and friendly. And I have to mention the vending machine… I probably spend way too much money there, but it is so convenient and such a fun little perk. The staff is awesome and efficient, from the property manager to the maintenance crew. Any time I’ve needed something, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. The environment is quiet but still friendly, which is the perfect balance. I truly enjoy living here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area!

Awesome community and staff! The property is well maintained with great floorplans. Robert really set the bar high during our interactions and made everything so much smoother and more enjoyable! I am looking forward to calling this community home.
