This tour was extremely helpful! Asia was super kind and answered all of our questions; she made this super enjoyable!!! Definitely considering this option for the fall!

Me and my friend were looking for a place to live in that was close to campus and was convenient for us. We then found Altitude we went to ask for information and were treated super kindly and Kaneice was super helpful with everything. We are definitely going to be staying here!!

MOLD, CAR BREAK-INS , SHOOTINGS Leased for two years! mold removal performed with poor remediation. Wall not properly fixed and moisture still high. They moved us units and the “new” unit is severely dog damaged. My roommates car got broken into the first year. The next year mine. You have a 50% chance of your car being broke into in one year. Shootings WILL occur. Fights multiple times a year especially on breaks. Honestly you can find an apartment safer and possibly cheaper. If you are here as a student save your money and buy the parking pass.
