The apartment maintenance was done very quickly, and the property management staff were very responsible.

I have lived here 10yrs now - the longest I've lived anywhere since moving out of my home at 18! This place truly is home. Over the years, I've seen many managers come and go, and right now, I would have to say that they have the best staff ever. Kellie in the leasing office is just awesome & always follows through. Roy & the rest of the maintenance staff work their butts off - hot/cold, rain or shine, they are simply the best. When I had a leak in my ceiling during Hurricane Harvey, the guys went on the roof between bands and tarped the leak until Harvey passed and they could permanently fix it. That's when they won me over. They take resident complaints seriously and want to make this community feel like home to everyone. My only complaint is the gate code hasn't worked for at least 7yrs. I'm told it's getting a full makeover & upgrade, and I hope it's true. If it doesn't happen within the year, then I'll take away a star. I need that thing to work.

The place is surprisingly quiet for the bustling area it is located. Location is 5 ⭐️ responsiveness of the management is 5 ⭐️ and particularly Kellie Fuller is 10 ⭐️
