Alexan River Oaks

I was closely involved in my daughter’s apartment search and was in frequent contact with Ronald and the leasing team throughout the process. From the very beginning, Ronald was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and make sure everything moved forward smoothly. As a parent, one of the things that stood out most to me was the confidence I felt knowing my daughter would be living at Alexan River Oaks. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in an excellent area. The quality of the community, combined with the professionalism of the staff, gave me a great sense of comfort throughout the process. The entire team was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend Alexan River Oaks to anyone looking for a luxury apartment community in Houston.

I toured several apartment communities in Houston, and Alexan River Oaks stood out because of its location, amenities, and overall quality. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great area with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the rest of the city. Ronald, Lexi, and the entire leasing team were incredibly helpful throughout the process and always quick to answer questions. They made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. Having lived in Houston for the past four years, I can confidently say that Alexan River Oaks is one of the nicest apartment communities I visited, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to live in the River Oaks area.

Beautiful property with a great atmosphere and an even better team. From the moment I toured, the staff was professional, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Ronald especially made a wonderful impression with his professionalism and kindness. It’s refreshing to come across a team that truly cares and takes pride in providing a positive experience. 2 stars for less than great service but a pretty building. Arrived at 4pm to request a tour. Greeted by the Concierge who told me the leasing agent had stepped away to take photos and I could wait until her return. I waited about 15 minutes and another patron arrived and waited at the concierge desk and was promptly greeted by an employee (different from the concierge). The concierge had stepped away and after about 5 more minutes, upon her return told me the leasing agent was speaking with the lady who had arrived after me. She text someone to ask if I could see a leasing agent today and the agent requested I return tomorrow. So after about 30 minutes of waiting, I left with no information. While I waited, I also watched a different employee at the property working diligently, but no one other than the concierge addressed me. Prior to arrival, I had used their automated chat system that said that a walk-in visit was available at 4pm but would have to end by 430pm. I understand staff can be busy and have prior appointments, but given that they closed at 6pm and I had been waiting for nearly 30 minutes, I thought it would have been nice to have been given a basic information package and a thank you for visiting by someone with the leasing office. This is what nearly every other apartment complex I've visited has done. Not a great sign for how people will be treated by staff here.
