The apartments are very clean and the staff was very professional the lady I think her name was Nancy ? Or Yancy she was very cordial and professional. Service was excellent !

Lovely apartments! I came to search for a home, and I think I found a strong contender! On top of that, Yancy has been a phenomenal guide for me. She knows what she's doing and I would strongly recommend having her guidance in searching for an apartment!

As a resident of Alegria Apartments, I’ve seen a lot of positive changes since the property came under new ownership. The new management team has been making great progress with the community, and it’s nice to see the improvements being made around the property. I especially want to thank Yancy for all of her help and professionalism. She has always been very helpful, attentive, and willing to answer any questions or concerns. Her positive attitude and dedication to the residents truly make a difference. Overall, I appreciate the effort the new management is putting into the property and look forward to seeing the continued improvements.
