I lived here for four years and found the apartment complex to be comfortable, convenient, and safe. The current leasing team, Raquel, Kimberley, and Richel, is really efficient and friendly. They usually follow up on emails the same day. Maintenance team is prompt. Arnoldo, the leader of the maintenance team, was always friendly and courteous! In the past year, I have seen them renovate the grounds, especially the shared spaces and exterior, and the building itself is less than 10 years old. The location and proximity to the TMC can't be beat. The TMC shuttle is a short 2 minute walk from the complex and can get you to nearby hospitals (to name a few- Ben Taub, St. Luke's, Texas Children's, Methodist) quickly without having to pay for parking. It is also a 15-20 min walk to these hospitals if you don't want to take the shuttle. The complex is also within direct walking distance (5 min) of the VA, St. Luke's McNair/Jamail campus, and TMC 3/Helix Park. The only downside I can think of with this apartment is the use of Fetch Delivery service. It is billed as a premium service which costs $25 per month and serves as a middle man carrier for your package. However, since it requires you to ship your package to their site first, deliveries end up getting delayed by days or a 1 week at a time. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

It’s been more than 3 months that we moved here and our experience was nothing but wonderful. The leasing office employees are so respectful. The apartment is clean with very good residents and affordable. Arnoldo does a great job with maintenance. Very courteous and professional.
