I moved in not too long ago, and my experience so far has been very pleasant. The manager is highly professional, and her communication has been excellent. My move-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The maintenance staff, Lucky, has been very responsive to work orders and gets the job done efficiently. He made sure my concerns were addressed and that the work was completed in a timely manner.He is very and professional in what he does. This is truly a place I am glad I moved into. Thank you to the entire team!

Mr. Lucky is an outstanding maintenance man! He’s always reliable, friendly, and gets the job done right the first time. He responds quickly, explains what he’s doing, and genuinely cares about keeping our townhouse in great condition. We’re very lucky to have him.

I live there currently; the office management is never around. They don't respond to emails, they increased the trash and water fess by double, anybody can lease there now. It used to be quiet, classy, peaceful, and clean with no cars parked on the sides. Use to be little to no kids around there and if kids were around, they have manors. Trust me I will be finding another place to live as long as they have the 2 new managers in the office. The 1st man manager may have not been there alot but he had the property up to par and things were smooth. The 2nd ladt manager was just sorry and now we have 2 men that never seen, make community post but never there, and increased fess by double but can never send an itemized list of why the water and trash have increased and just respond to emails, its in the lease. No professional response just following protocol of corporate, but I got something for them. They will have a surprised visit from the media soon.

Jesus is wonderful. He did so great and I am already been approved for moving in to the Estate the same week that I applied. Thanks to Jesus a job well done.
