The apartments have roaches and mice. Even with the “extermination” that they claim to do it is ineffective at getting rid of them. When I addressed it one of the office managers said “it comes with living in the south”. I finally took the matter into my own hands and hired my own exterminator to mediate it. When addressing a maintenance issue about my pipes being rusted and my water coming out orange another office manager said “you just need to run it a little bit”. There are constant maintenance problems with these apartments. And the maintenance people do half ass work to resolve them. The front door leaks anytime it rains. The maintenance man laughed and literally said “all these units do” as if it is normal. I lived in these apartments for 3 years despite the issues but it was a terrible experience and I hope they never receive another tenant.

This is a review of the recent maintenance request. I entered in a work order for no hot water specifically in the evening time. For context, this apartment complex has been plagued with multiple boiler system issues for the past two years and recently had major work done to have it repaired. Since the new boiler as well as the new plumbing, the hot water seems to run lukewarm beginning in the 4pm hour and slowly begins to run cold toward the evening hours. Because this is a boiler system for half of the apartment complex, I do not expect to run out of hot water. When they came to inspect, all they did was run all of the faucets on hot in my apartment during the early afternoon (when there is hot water available) and mark the work order as completed. This is frustrating as they never contact me for additional information or context. I normally work a job that has me coming home in the late evening and the first thing I want to do is take a hot shower. So coming home to a cold shower after a 10 hour shift is depressing. This is a consistent frustration because every work order I've ever entered, they never document anything they've done nor do they contact me for any info. Most times, they close the work order before anything is fixed (when it is fixed). Management is very cordial and provides empathy but they also seem to have issues with maintenance communication. Overall, my maintenance request experience has been unsatisfactory and I am still dealing with cold (hot) water in the evening times.

Great layout! I didn't have issues with bugs. Recently seems like they have been letting anyone move in, almost every time I went to do laundry, there is always kids in there getting high... only other issueci had, and the reason why I moved out is because about every month the hot water is off for 3+ days or the water is completely off because of issue with pipes or the broiler.... management doesn't seem to have a sence of urgency when it comes to issues.. they get to go home and be comfortable.. owners need to hire people that actually care instead of people that are only there to get a check.

I live here and tbh, i really like it. It is extremely affordable, especially for how much space you get. I feel pretty safe here. I have seen absolutely no signs of pests of any kind. Unit was clean when i moved in. People in the office seem pretty chill. The cleaning people do a nice job but i do not envy them because some of my neighbors live like trash urchins. They kinda toss their trash lazily around on the ground and around the dumpster. The maintenance does a good job qnd intry to pick up what i can too. The only things you need to be cautious about are the monetization schemes. This place does come with a lot of asterisks. For example: They do not have any internet provider other than 5g providers, the most prominent being ATT air. If you do move here i recommend placing this in the window of the second floor for a clear unbroken line of sight to the tower. Im hosting servers on it and it works fine (but takes some work)(you cannot port forward, must use dmz). Additionally they do not allow you to have your own washer and dryer and instead have some somewhat shady rental programs they want you to go through. Also, they have a similar policy involving security systems where they attempt to sell you home security. They do not want you to get your own. And more- they have a plan that allows you to split your rent but if you do the math involving the cc fees it winds up adding 60+ a month to your bill. Not unsubstantial. Then of course, parking spaces can be reserved. All the ones in front of my townhome were taken and full so movin was a little challenging. Lots of little gotcha fees. As long as you are careful what you sign and pay attention to the rules you'll do fine tho. Movein process is kind of slow and takes time but imo, its pretty much ideal. Very cost effective. The split level layout is very cool. Also- they have a pool and walking area around the property as well as a laundromat. Havent checked those out yet. They have community events too but ive been missing them because i have been busy. I recommend this place. Pros far outweigh cons, at least imo

Just nasty there’s also termites . The walls have large cracks / gaps in them. Every time I call to ask for maintenance to assist with filling up the cracks and fixing the issues. They give me a reason as to why they have to push the time back for somebody to come. I caught up at work on a Tuesday for the manager to come walk through the apartment with me and she didn’t even show up to work that day, even though she said that up and I advised her before hand I had to call out to be there. Don’t waste ur money or time
