I’ve been living here for two weeks now & absolutely love my apartment. Chelsea at the front desk is always so helpful and the entire staff is amazing! The pool is so so beautiful!

Really good apartment sizes and very impressionable management!!! I'm particularly honored to have met Shanell who helped me navigate the building and also helped with setting me up with the gate app!!! Everyone there is really helpful and it has awesome amenities as well.

I moved here in October, my comments are (1) the whole staff is Amazing kind warmly, and very professional The apartments are to die for I love my unit. Big shout-out to Shanell for making my transfer seamless. (2) the Holloween get together was Awesome meeting new neighbors. I have enjoyed living here however there are a few things that I believe management should look into to make the living experience here extremely pleasurable and Enjoyable. I believe management should look into the hallways in each level and make some plans to give the building a facelift. This will include cleaning the hallways, perhaps changing the baseboards or cleaning them because most of them are extremely dirty and it is not very pleasant to look at. I believe that the hallway is also part of where we live, and it is important that it Clean as we have our individual apartments. I hope management looks into this and makes every effort to make the living experience, a great one! I am writing to commend them for the cleaning of the pool, I must say this was my first time getting into the pool since I moved in here almost 8 months ago. The staff are extremely pleasant, always smiling and very welcoming! Aside from the cleanliness and rundown of the hallways, garage entries, the experience here at 4001 Midtown has been a great one!
