I’m excited to see all the positive changes happening in the community. It’s great to see management taking action to clean up the parking garage and remove vehicles that are not supposed to be there. The hallways are consistently clean and well-maintained, which makes a big difference in the overall appearance of the property. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever needed. Looking forward to seeing the continued improvements!

Update: lowering the rating to 2 stars. They had a string of problems with car thefts and wheels being stolen. It did seem to be corrected eventually because it has stopped but I’m lowering the rating because now they have used it as justification to get some type of virtual parking permit and visitor registration that is a big hassle. Instead of sticking a simple permit on your window you have to give all your information to a 3rd party company, information already provided to the apartment. Currently all resident vehicles have stickers so using a sticker-less virtual parking system actually makes it harder to tell if a car belongs to a resident or not. One of the good things about this place was visitor parking was simple and now they want you to register everyone vehicles including name, make, model, etc. I’ll just be honest it’s invasive and creepy that the apartment wants to know the details of anyone who visits me and the timeframe they are visiting, every time. It will also do nothing to prevent car theft and theft in general all it does is add a huge inconvenience for anyone who has visitors and gives your friends vehicle information to a 3rd party service who is sharing their marketing data.. I have spoken to many residents and none of them think this system is beneficial. This place is much better than the reviews would lead you to believe. The pricing for the size, quality, and location of the apartments is very competitive. Chris King, the leasing manager that helped me look at the apartment and get moved in within about a week and he was very helpful, easy to work with, and responsive. They have 2 very large dog parks that are pretty well maintained. It seems like someone cleans the main park everyday. The second park could use a little more attention but it’s not horrible. That being said several of the residents don’t seem to bother picking up after their pets. It’d be nice if the apartment could fine them or something. Unfortunately the AC stopped working in my unit when I moved in but to their credit a maintenance guy came the same night relatively quickly after I put in a request and set up a portable AC to keep the apartment cool through until they could repair it the next day. There’s some minor stuff like they opt every resident into paying a $9 fee per month to report your rent to the credit bureaus and hide that in the lease addendums which I found a bit disappointing. You cannot sign the lease without accepting and then have to contact the company on your own to opt out. I’m in the process of trying to get opted out so we’ll see how that goes.

Been here since the end of 2025 and it’s been an awesome experience so far. Very friendly staff. Always clean, the best part for me, free Expresso 👍🏼

I absolutely love it here! The staff is amazing and the amenities are great! Maintenance is quick with my request and the community is awesome! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!
