Finn did an excellent job during my orientation. She was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood the information before moving on. The entire process was organized, welcoming, and stress-free. I really appreciate her help and the positive experience she provided.

I recently visited the Sage Condominiums to view the property as I am considering purchasing a condominium in the Galleria. I have not viewed the units listed for sale but was greeted by Lilly one of the front desk staff and she was friendly, professional and very attentive. She took me on a courtesy tour of the common areas and I fell in love. I also called today as a follow-up and spoke with Marvin who answered the phone with a smile and made me feel welcome over the phone. While I have not made a decision if I needed to decide based on first impressions I would be sold. I am looking forward to see the individual units for sale with my realtor and hope to provide and update on the property soon!

Finn was incredibly helpful in a situation I was in. She went out of her way to help me and I am very thankful for her and cannot wait to meet her. So thankful for her and Sage Condos are extremely fortunate to have her there.

This place deserves more than 5 stars!!! The customer service at 3525 Sage is exceptionally like no other! The concierge staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me to ensure I had everything I needed. I also watched how well-mannered they interacted with others, and their assistance was warm and kind-hearted. During my orientation, I met the assistant property manager Finn Ward, and she told me everything I needed to know about the property like the back of her hand. She is extremely knowledgeable, courtesy, and enormously interpersonal. She is naturally superb! Her personality is very welcoming, and she made me feel right at home, even before I moved in. She made the orientation quick and painless, but very informative. I was a short notice move-in, but she made sure that I could move in on time. Security was the most important factor in selecting a residence and Finn explained their security measures which made me feel at ease and comfortable. We all know, moving can be a hassle, but Finn made this process exciting and a breeze for me. Thank you Finn for everything you did to make me comfortable in my new home! You and your team are wonderful!!!

HOME SWEET HOME ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Bought a beautiful condo here at 3525 Sage facing Sage Road and the Sunsets from my balcony are incredible! I love the Awesome Management staff here onsite , classy & professionals! Location in the Heart of Uptown Galleria is Priceless ! Thank you Jesus Christ for blessing our community & lovely home ❤️
