I’ve enjoyed management, maintenence, and the beautiful city around this apartment. I love this location because it’s very walkable. When I did have an issue, Daniel and DeMarcus and another fabulous leasing agent helped me out. I would definitely recommend living here, I actually love Morgan Group properties— this is my second time living in a property that was under their management. Looking forward to enjoying more time here!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Feeling Right at Home! So far, so good! From the moment I arrived, the staff has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative. Marquette, my leasing agent, was especially amazing—professional, welcoming, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I genuinely felt right at home from day one. The community atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you can really tell the team cares about their residents. I’m especially excited for the upcoming holiday events—they’ve clearly put thought into making this a fun and engaging place to live. And the location? Absolutely prime. Everything I need is just minutes away. Overall, I’m loving my experience here already. Highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for great service, a great vibe, and a great place to call home!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Daniel at the Front Desk! I had an incredible experience at 3333 Weslayan Apartments, thanks to Daniel at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, Daniel was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who combines friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for residents and guests the way Daniel does. He truly represents the best of what great customer service should be. Highly recommend this community—and make sure to stop by and say hi to Daniel at the front desk!

I wish I could give this place a BIG FAT 0!! I have lived here for past 3 years and in the past year or 2 living here has gone downhill significantly. The property is not being maintained properly, and it shows everywhere. There is trash all over the community. Residents leave garbage outside their doors for days, and nothing is done about it. The pet situation is just as bad. Dog poop is left all over the property in the dog park, on sidewalks, and even piled up on some residents’ balconies. It’s rarely cleaned, and there are no consequences for those who don’t pick up after their pets. On top of that, dog urine is left around shared spaces like the barbecue and hangout areas, This leads to strong odors in the hallways, staircases, elevators, and even the garage especially in hot weather. Safety is also a concern: broken glass sits near trash areas, and the garage gates are constantly broken—briefly fixed, then failing again—leaving security at risk. Also because of all this there are bugs and webs all around. Cockroaches all around the hallways. For the amount we pay, clean and safe living should be a priority, but conditions continue to get worse instead of better. The office doesn’t do ANYTHING about any of this. We have made complains and nothing has happened about the situations. It’s a shame this place is going downhill. It’s embarrassing to invite people over.
