Mail theft happens here daily, and the gate is always broken and not working. I’ve been here for two years and the gate is broken 90% of the time. Once every three months apartment sends someone to fix it, and by the end of the next day its broken again. Everytime package is delivered outside of lockers it gets stolen hy end of day. I didnt even get to pick this package up that delivered at 11:30am, by time I got home at 5pm someone already stole it.

Lots of mail Theft and storage theft at this apartment. I ordered debit card, haven’t picked it up yet and someone already started making transactions of $3 at vending machines and fiesta market. In a decade of being here, never had the garage security gate worked for more than 3 days straight. Someone also keeps unscrewing snd breaking the locks for doors to enter the apartment complex.

I’ve had a much better experience living here since Jamie Kirn became the new manager. The difference has honestly been night and day. The property feels more organized, communication has improved, and maintenance and management are handled much more professionally now. You can really tell there’s better attention to residents and overall quality of living. Since the management change, everything feels 180 degrees better and staying here has become much more enjoyable. Appreciate all the effort being put into improving the community.❤️👌🏻

I like this place. Got lost a bit the first couple of days after moving in lol.
