Ms. Bobbi is so kind and informative. The units look great and the neighborhood at Park at Clear Lake is very warm and peaceful.

Dougs service was amazing! He always comes in and takes care of business as soon as we put in the request!! Doug is the real OG and we appreciate Bobby for her great choice in hiring him! 10/10 I would recommend this property for all they do and the care that they put in!!

I recently toured an apartment guided by Bobbi, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Bobbi is incredibly sweet and professional—she made me feel welcome right away and took the time to listen to my needs and preferences. The tour itself was fantastic: the room is beautiful, well-designed, and everything felt respectful and inviting. Overall, Bobbi was a joy to work with, and the apartment itself is a real standout. Highly recommended!

I have been here 24+ years and I have enjoyed it here some years better than others. I have been working with Mrs. McDowell and she is always been nice and informative. I gave 4 star because the pool is usually nit open when I want to use it. I have to use the pool only when office is open and I get off til after office close so that's an inconvenience for me...other than that...Im satisfied here.
