The location and management are incredibly nice. Maintenance has always been quick to answer any issues, and management is very good with communication. The only issue is the quality of the apartments… the walls are INCREDIBLY thin. If your neighbor snores loud enough you’ll hear it in your living room. I can hear one neighbor having a regular conversation in her bedroom from mine. You can hear basically every step your upstairs neighbor makes, hear their shower, their dishwasher and sink, their washer and dryer. The floors creak a lot and there’s already cracks forming on walls and floorboards. The overall quality of the apartments is obviously nice looking considering how new they are, however I don’t expect it to hold up in the long run with how cheaply they were built. If you don’t mind the noise then there’s little to complain about.

I normally don't leave many reviews unless it's an absolute must and this is one of those must. Madison greeted my aunt and I when we first came into the leasing office and happily gave us a tour and sharing more detailed information about the apartment. I felt Madison went above and beyond comparing to any other apartment tour experiences I ever had. We were shown three different apartments, two were looking at the different layout for a 2 bed and 2 bath, and the last one was looking more at the color scheme, which was nice to see Ranch Creek offers different color scheme options. At the end of the tour, Madison took the time give us a quote to get a better idea of the charges expected for move-in and monthly. As someone who likes to see what we are getting from pricing to the actual apartment itself before making a commitment, I'm very grateful for Madison being able to give all the information and answering all the questions straight forwardly (:

I moved in with my husband about 2 months ago. I have no regrets about living here. Our current management is stellar. They really do keep the property in presentable and peak condition. I'm always in the know thanks to frequent updates via email and physical letters. We've had no issues with pests, trash services, nothing at all. Our neighbors are nice folk and it's a quiet, safe, and peaceful place. As long as you follow the rules and respect the property you should not have any issues here. I am very happy to call this place my home.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartments are comfortable, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. The community is beautiful and always well-maintained. The pool, gym, and outdoor areas are spotless and in excellent condition, and the trees add a peaceful touch. The management and maintenance teams are exceptional, friendly, polite, and always quick to respond to any concerns. Overall, it’s a safe, clean, and welcoming place to call home.

I love my apartment so much. I’ve lived here for almost 2 months and haven’t experienced a single issue. For one the apartments are functional they have LOADS of storage in the bathroom, closet, coat closet, even the kitchen I have drawers just dedicated for one item there is so much space , large shower, very spacious bedroom and the counter tops are massive, there’s even a storage room that’s lockable on the patio with its very own light . The apartments are extremely well insulated one month my electric bill was only $50 and I do loads of laundry daily. I have no seen even one bug yet which I cannot say for other apartments I have lived at. The property is clean there’s not trash or dog poop in the grass. I feel very safe here as it’s gated and in a really great area. The gates are always closed as well and if there is an issue management is on top of it extremely fast which my last apartment would be months with an open gate. Packages always arrive never stolen and they have lockers that Fed Ex and UPS uses similar to Amazon lockers that can entered by scanning a barcode on your phone which makes it convenient when you work during business hours. Management always answers my questions and they give plenty of notice and updates if they enter the apartment or doing any work around the complex. This place is very quiet no one is disruptive and can’t even here the highway from my apartment. It’s in hill country so it’s honestly pretty peaceful and really pretty. The WiFi that is hooked up works TOP NOTCH my boyfriend games all the time and he always talks about how well it works when he’s playing and I always have full bars which is good for school or work. Lastly I haven’t had an issue with parking I just park right by my apartment and walk up. I can start my car inside my apartment that is how close there are spots to the apartments and I don’t even live on the first floor. I would recommend this place because it was a breeze to move in and if I could I would spend all day in here just relaxing because it’s peaceful and homey.
