My husband and I love it here. This is our first time renewing a lease at a property! The apartments are very spacious and cozy. The community is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. Maintenance is great here and always willing to help! Definitely recommend Waterford Place at Riata Ranch 😊 Pics of our dog with her pup cup during resident appreciation week!

I’ve lived here for about a year the apartments are decently maintained and the office staff and maintenance staff respond really quickly. Haven’t had any issues with bugs all my neighbors are chill. The only complaint I have is the new community wifi, honestly it’s atrocious. I’ve had more outtages with my wifi in the past month then I ever did with the paying for my own internet. Other than that it’s a really good overall place to live and has convenient access to 290.
