The Madison

This complex looks welcoming and high value at first but it hides some deep secrets. The game room is a mess. The whole attraction being the golf room that doesn’t register when you’re playing. The remote for the projector doesn’t work. The pool table only has one cue stick. half of the games are just poorly set up, missing parts, or don’t work entirely.

Beautiful community with amazing amenities and the staff is top notch! The maintenance team is friendly and quick to assist with any issues and the management team is always helpful and informative. They go above and beyond to help make the apartment community truly feel like home. Definitely recommend The Madison!

The complex is stunning, and the amenities are perfect! The game room, lounging areas, and gym are amazing. I especially love the pool at night. Robin made the move-in process stress-free and was incredibly sweet. Update: My mailbox key was changed and some missing mail for a while. Management said I should have notified them. Once they changed management, that’s when my experience went down hill. Unnecessary fees, beautiful complex but not worth it!! I see why everyone left and continue to leave. Final Update: I had an emergency and arranged for pet care in my absence. I want to make it very clear that Kiara is a terrible person and extremely dishonest. I intentionally left my door unlocked so my dog could be cared for, and made arrangements for the rest of my belongings to be moved. Despite this, Kiara locked the door, leaving my dog without food for over 15 hours. She falsely claimed that I told her I was going on vacation, that she was checking on my return —something that never happened, as I never spoke to her or anyone being it was an emergency.
