The tour was great! Kenia was very informative and kind. She really helped us work through making the decision to apply. There was weird things in the apartment, maybe construction rushed it or something. All I know is that as soon as I told the girls in the office, maintenance was at my door minutes later! I'm so impressed with the team's response and care! You can tell they all care, right from the first day we spoke to Kenia.

I had such a great experience with Alexa the leasing . She was incredibly kind and took her time explaining all the amenities, pricing, and current availability in detail, which I really appreciated. She made the whole process feel easy and welcoming. I’m so glad I happened to be driving by and decided to stop in! The rest of the staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I’m definitely applying here and really looking forward to it.

Let me start off my saying how great Alexa was, her energy her kindness and most of all her genuine self. She answered all my questions and concerns. The isla is an excellent choice and is on my top places to move into especially seeing how this team takes care of there customers.

Our leasing consultant, Stephanie, was phenomenal: knowledgeable, patient, super helpful, and genuinely excited to find the perfect unit for me. No pressure, just great guidance that made everything easy and enjoyable. The property is gorgeous—beautiful tropical landscaping, incredible resort-style pool, top-notch fitness center, and thoughtful amenities everywhere. My apartment feels luxurious: sleek kitchen with a open layout flooded with natural light, spacious closets, smart features, and premium finishes throughout. I’ve already recommended The Isla to friends. If you want modern luxury with a team that actually cares, this is it. Stephanie and The Isla made my move stress-free and exciting. 5 stars all the way—highly recommend! 🌴✨

Think twice before renting here, because the security is not very good — I’d rate it a 3 out of 10. My wheels were stolen last Thursday. They cut the gate chain and changed the angle of the camera. There are not many cameras in the complex, and everything happened because it was easy to do: the chain is fully visible, and the camera is so low that even a child could reach it. The thieves walked around the complex and removed my rims, and no one heard or saw anything. Be careful. I also had a rented covered parking spot, and there is absolutely no security. My truck is lifted and had wheel locks, and they still managed to do it, and security didn’t notice anything.
