Management (Melissa), staff, and maintenance are on top of things. The complex is cozy!

As a 19 year old with my first apartment, i'll have to say this is the best decision I've taken. Managers always reply fast, maintenance is always quick to solve things although it may take a few days for them to fix something if its on the weekend but I really don't care since I know they must have days off or busy with other things. No loud noises, maybe a sniff of weed sometimes but what can you do everyone smokes weed nowadays. No weird people. Did have a little issue with roaches at first but they did pest control and fixed it immediatly (i also started being more clean😛). Love the hot chocolate i drink every morning after a workout at the complex gym. And the lady at the office is always very nice and eager to help. I mean it can't get any better. I did wish they allowed pool parties BUT I GUESS this helps keep the peace and harmony in the condo so i'm not complaining. Also love how the interiors are not white, and they bring a closer and cozy home feeling. I'll have to say (sorry this is so long) the process of moving in was so swiftly. I had other apartments charge me the fee and then ghost me for weeks about move-in date or approval and not be clear about anything. Here I always had personal updates through email, and every question has always been answered fast and clearly.

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay here so far. I had brown water coming in through the faucets and the management didn't get in touch with me or look into it at all even though I sent them video and got in touch with city water supply until upper management was back in town after going to vacation. Didn't hear back at all until I approach them three different times and two different ways about the problem. Now, I'm looking at video of maintenance people walking around my apartment from my cell phone at work and management never even called me and alerted me that multiple strangers would be in my apartment. I could have been naked or entertaining company. I got not so much as a call. Management doesn't seem to care or have respect for their residents. I'm genuinely concerned. I would get in touch with them directly regarding my complaint but they'd more than likely wait a month to address it I bring it to their attention this way. Out of respect I'm not going to share the video of brown water coming in through my faucets. Also, for the price to be as high as it is, there shouldn't be the smell of weed in the halls and complaints about neighbors should be honored, acknowledged, and handled on some level. And for every time that staff has entered my apartment without asking, I'm removing a star. It's unacceptable that your establishment doesn't respect the privacy of it's residents.

I absolutely love living here. The management and maintenance are totally awesome. They take really good care of everyone and genuinely care about all of us. Choosing to live here was the best decision I ever made!
