The staff is very caring and helpfully. The residents are friendly, Location of apartment building is located near all sort of shopping and medical. Great place to be.

I have been here over 3 years and I am very happy with community. The people are friendly and the staff helpful, Eva and Team. The price of my unit is reasonable for area and love amenities specially the billiards room as we now have form a club. I feel very safe on property and the area. The access to everything is great ( doctors, grocery shopping, hospitals, freeway access and much more) Management is very good on listening to our request for future improvements. One thing I would love that management would add in building is a/c in hallways… over all love it. Will definitely be renewing my lease!!!!!

We have enjoyed living at Ivy Point Cypress and the staff here is great. Isabella, Eva, Isaac and Francisco are always happy to help us out anytime we a have a question.

There are so many wonderful people here at Ivy Point. Very friendly staff included. Eva and Isabella are always willing to help us. Entertainment at happy hour is excellent.
