Chelsea and Alexis are wonderful. Chelsea has helped my husband, my daughter, and me tremendously with everything that has come up. She is always very kind, attentive, and diligent. Alexis, on the other hand, has been the best community manager we’ve had since we moved here almost four years ago. She is very warm, approachable, and genuinely caring. Highpark’s has an excellent front desk team. Thank you, Alexis and Chelsea, for your dedication and for the great service you provide every day. 🙏✨

I moved in six months ago from out of state and honestly could not be happier. Alexis, Ki’Erin, Chelsea, and the entire team have been absolutely amazing in helping me and my family feel right at home. High Park is a wonderful community to raise a family—welcoming, diverse, and well cared for. The property is always well maintained, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the appliances are top-notch. On top of that, the community activities and gatherings truly make High Park feel like family. I would highly recommend High Park to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I have stayed at Highpark now for 2 years and have enjoyed the experience. They go out of their way to host events that bring the community together, make accommodations for you in your time of need, and the staff is truly like family! Maintenance repairs are handled quickly, staff is always willing to help. The location is perfect and is constantly growing you don’t have to go far for anything! I truly have enjoyed my stay here.

Honestly, the best thing about this community are the people working in the front office. I have never seen a more dedicated, respectful, hardworking group of people running a complex like I’ve seen here at Highpark. If that wasn’t enough, the apartments themselves are quite stunning, and a lot of nice spacious floor plans, and fair pricing. The maintenance guys get to me usually in a few hours after submitting a request. I don’t know how this complex does it as good as they do, but seriously, WOW! Thank you Highpark!! (the video is one that I recorded of my own apartment. It’s not staged or anything.)

On September 3rd, 2025, it will mark exactly three weeks since half of my apartment was flooded with water from an unknown source. To say it has been handled poorly is an understatement. For starters, they attempted for about two weeks to threaten to shift the repair costs (not just for my unit but also for whatever other units supposedly got damaged too) to me by automatically blaming my family despite the fact that it is obviously a slab leak or something else (meaning it could happen again at any moment). We actually don't know since to my knowledge, they have yet to bring one single actual plumber to this property to take a look, only the maintenance crew and a general contractor. For nearly three weeks now, I've had maintenance in and out of my apartment, disrupting my evenings after work and disturbing my husband during the day while he's working at home. They only removed the industrial sized fans (dehumidifier is still here) that ran up my electric bill by almost $100 two days ago, so we have endured constant noise in excess of 80dBL for weeks, not to mention the horrible havoc it wreaked on my allergies to have all that construction dust flying through the air, and scaring my elderly animals. The bottom 1 foot of the walls are still cut out in almost that entire half of my unit, except, inexplicably, one panel that had to have gotten wet, that is right by where the floor is all warped (they are unconcerned about this), and that is now bowed out on the bottom (which I have also told them about). Obviously the place is filthy, my stuff is everywhere, it looks terrible, and even though they backed off of blaming us, the property manager suddenly attempted this week to blame us for "holding up the repairs" (excuse me???) because we had stuff in the rooms we pay to live in. I was so angry I could barely respond. What's strange is the repair workers themselves said repeatedly we did not have take everything out, so we don't know why she suddenly started saying that. She then attempted to bully us into hiring movers at our expense to get the stuff out after I told her my husband was disabled and we can't just move two rooms of stuff overnight on a whim. I literally have no idea what they will do next. I forgot to mention the constant ants (whose presence is a signal of a moisture problem), the variety of other pests that popped up when they were fleeing the oncoming water, the water bill that doubled starting many months ago that they have issued a mere $101.24 for as a "courtesy" with no promise of paying the rest of it back or any explanation of why my water usage is suddenly normal again, and the fact that they have offered me nothing to compensate for the loss of use of half my apartment or the stress or inconvenience while they continue to receive 100% of the rent, except they offered a cleaning after everything is done--as though that isn't something that should be expected after they and their plumbing system make a giant mess in here. Bonus: they cut out a wall in our master closet just last week because the contractor detected some moisture, and behind it was apparently some mold.
