I beg you, please heed this warning... DO NOT MOVE HERE! Yes, the apartments are pretty. Yes, the apartment grounds are kept up nicely and appear maintained. And, yes, even the staff seems nice. BUT....WHAT A SCAM THEY HAVE GOING HERE! There is zero parking for residents. Z-E-R-O! And if you are the type of person that needs to learn things the hard way, just expect to pay top dollar for a reserved spot (that is often being parked in by someone else) or for a garage that is not even attached. All I am saying is that you need to keep looking. Twice now, my car has been towed, because I had to park my car late at night, with my flashers on, while I ran up to my apartment to ask my husband to go with me to find a parking spot on the complete opposite side of the complex. And is is such a long walk back to my apartment from clear on the other side of the complex, alone at night. I do not feel safe. My car has been towed twice in 30-days! The first time, I was gone for 3 minutes and the ugly black wrecker driver was driving off with my car in tow - $234.97 the next next to get it back. The second time, I was gone for 9 minutes, and that is only because I tripped on the stairs running to my apartment in an effort to beat any wrecker services back to my car. In less than 10 minutes, all I saw in the distance were my flashers as my car was towed away at 11'Oclock on a SUNDAY NIGHT. And since I had to be at work at 7:30AM the next day, it cost $70.00 for round trip Uber rides to/from work. Add that to my towing fee, and we are talking over $350.00 out of pocket because the complex where I live as 1 unpaid parking spot for every 20 apartments that get rented. I have even tried to add a reserved spot or garage to my already 1500/month one bedroom apartment rental, but I am at work when the office is open. Honestly, it seems since I declined to add a spot when I signed my lease, I am being taught a hard and expensive lesson. I cannot wait to move!

I’ve been living here for about 90 days now, and overall my experience has been great 😊 Management is welcoming and responsive, and if you’re considering leasing here, I highly recommend working with Marcelina!! She’s kind, incredibly helpful, and takes the time to answer all of your questions, which made the process smooth and stress-free. One thing to be mindful of is parking. If possible, I’d suggest securing a garage or carport—it definitely helps in the long run. Parking is usually available during non-work hours, but it can be a bit challenging after 6PM. 🙃 Thank you Alys-Crossing team!

Preface: From Brooklyn, NY out of ALL the apartments I’ve lived in, from management, ESPECIALLY management, to aesthetics, to community, This is the best apartment complex HANDS DOWN. Let me explain: 1.) MANAGEMENT- when it comes to renting, this is a pretty make or break faction of the “apartment experience”. Management teams often take the lead in poor experiences for a renter and we’ve ALL dealt with difficult, non-knowledgeable, rude, inconvenient management. THIS IS NOT ONE IF THEM. Clear communication, 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, NO NOTES is how I feel about this management, ALL of them. They got it. Whether through email or phone, they KNOW what they’re doing, as opposed to the aloof management I’ve dealt with before, over my years of renting apartments, and that just provides sense of mental security and peace of mind, while having a lot on our collective plates. And if, by the off chance they don’t know something, they INTENTLY, keyword, get you that answer. 2.) MAINTENANCE- look, things break, natural order of something not working, however, it’s the ability to solve a problem that I most value. For me, it goes beyond just fixing an item. Response time, attention to detail, can you solves problem? This maintenance team passes with flying colors. I respect the work they do and their response. Again, Peace of mind. 3.) FACILITY- kind of speaks for itself. My mother flew in just this past August for my and my wife’s 1st baby shower and said “wow, looks like a small home”, which a part of that I attribute to my wife but all and all it’s a step up especially with the surrounding beautification of the property. Always clean, and very aesthetically pleasing to the eye, from office, to ammenities, which is GREAT for the endless amount of kids I see, lol 😂, but a good thing, as a NEW parent to be any day now. Storage Units, CLUTCH!!! Garage Units, CLUTCH!!! Pool, CLUTCH!!! Gym, CLUTCH!! although I can wait til they get a Leg Press machine 👀, can’t have a big upper body and little legs, no, lol 😂 4.) COMMUNITY- family oriented. Feels safe. And the interactions are cool. Look, I didn’t want to leave some “half-ass” review like, “GREAT” and move on. My wife and I have literally said to each other on multiple occasions “I wish we found this place sooner or We can stay here another year.” In a couple of days, LITERALLY, this will be our son’s 1st home and as new parents, we’re excited of being able to raise him here at Alys Crossing, with this team & community, it just feels right and I look forward to the continued memories made here. Hopefully this helps ANY prospective renter, family, etc. Just in case you think this is some AI generated fill in, it’s not. Just keeping it a stack 💯 Sincerely, from a talk black man, who walks around in a weighted vest with 2 20lb kettlebells with my trusted Shih Tzu companion. 🫡💯

Our experience at Alys Crossing has been amazing—thanks especially to Marcy! From the very first day we toured the apartment to signing the lease and throughout our entire stay, she’s been incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. Marcy always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The apartment community itself is wonderful—great amenities, a convenient location, and always clean and well maintained. It’s a safe and welcoming place to live, and you can tell the management team truly cares about the residents. We’re so grateful for Marcy’s support and the positive experience we’ve had here. Highly recommend Alys Crossing to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home!

Marcy is AMAZING!! She helped me when I moved to the property and always makes herself available. She has a calm and collective demeanor; great personality and professional! The new Community Manager, Denise, was previously onsite; knowledgeable and accessible. I renewed my lease without any hesitations and the schools in CFISD are top notch like the property! They have new team members, Brea and Maressa, who are friendly and great to work with as well. Their maintenance team is quick to respond and they maintain the property looking immaculate. I did my homework at other properties nearby and you cannot compare. They keep you informed via email and host fun events throughout the year. I had the opportunity to meet their Regional Manager, Sandi, who is pleasant which speaks volumes of the staff she built. Absolutely enjoying the amenities (Clubhouse, Golf Stimulator, Gym) and the location provides easy access to Grand Parkway 99, Brenham, College Station and many local hotspots!
