So to be honest idk where to start but I'll say this first before I get in to my whole review I wanna give A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALEJANDRA REYES... She is the woman to GET THE JOB DONE!!! So I've been dealing with a lot of identity theft issues and what not so getting anything in MY NAME has just been freaking HUMANLY IMPOSSIBLE for me and a damn nightmare you don't wanna live. So you guys know how hard it is to get into apartments nowadays with credit and everything else being factors. Well let's just say that wasn't the case here Alejandra, well let's first start off with she's Amazing from her customer relations to making you feel welcomed and making sure we knew she was with us every step of the way... she's just phenomenal! I was definitely very lucky and privileged to have Alejandra as my leasing agent whom was handling the results of my future home for me and my girls, Alejandra never gave up on me or made me feel hopeless considering my situation I was in or had been going through. Alejandra did everything in her power to make sure I was able to get every requirement needed taken care of the RIGHT WAY to make sure she could get me approved to have a home for my girl's (my wife, and 2 beautiful daughters) from staying late to pointing me in the right direction to Resolve a issue that would s affect my application to get approved for our home. I could go on and on but I will leave it at that and say if you want to feel welcomed cared for and know that your trusting the right person on helping you get everything taken care of to make sure you can get approved for that home you will be needing for this next chapter of your life as she did for us well I'm here to testify YOU HAVE A FRIEND IN HER she will push and push and fight and fight to do what ever needs to be done to make sure you have no issues getting approved!!!
