I was just looking around to see what would be my next place to be called home. Ja'Tiya makes the experience great and smooth. Despite my search is quite ahead of time she set really good expectations and was clear and honest regarding every question I had. Kudos for the great and kind atmosphere

Had a great experience touring the property with my client and Ja’Tiya. Clean, modern, spacious, social events, great amenities. Nice move in specials. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a place that you’ll look forward to coming home to and so cozy that you may find it hard to leave—look no further! The Sutherland community is welcoming, neighborly, well maintained, safe and so peaceful. The management team has mastered a balance of warmth and professionalism and the monthly events they host foster a sense of family. Its central location makes it easy to navigate the DFW area with ease. I am celebrating 1 year in Texas and I believe that setting my foundation here has made great contributions to my transition being a successful one. I didn’t think twice about renewing. Done and done! Hey future neighbors, we look forward to seeing you around!
