UPDATE: We are on yet another management (4-5 since 2019) and this latest group has ONLY gotten our balance corrected. We still have an AC that does not blow cool and over 70% humidity in a 2 bedroom with the Filter changed and purchased a Dehumidifier on our own that still has not gone below 70%. We still have to keep the AC running to keep it below 84 and that increases the electric bill. We have sent them maintenance requests since January 2026 and still nothing. There is also foundation issues and good luck reaching anyone during office hours because they are almost always “OUT”. UPDATE: THE FRONT ENTRANCE GATE WAS FIXED OVER A WEEK AGO AND I WANTED TO SAY (YET AGAIN), THANK YOU SO MUCH OFFICE LADIES (ELINKA AND MELINDA) FOR YOUR FAST/QUICK EFFORTS/ACTIONS AND DEDICATION TO MAKING THIS COMPLEX EVEN MORE SAFE AND COMFORTABLE FOR RESIDENTS LIKE US!!! I know that my family and I moved into these apartments in November 2019 and it hasn't even been 1 month yet but the office ladies, Elinka and Melinda are so EXCEPTIONAL that I knew I had to write a review. They get the 5 stars because they are so helpful, kind and most of all HARDWORKING!!! I know that one lady has been here for about 3 months and the other is brand new but they are always so busy that they may even be understaffed but everytime I go into the office, they are smiling and don't appear to allow the stress/workload to get to them like others. I know that there is ONLY so much they can do but what they are able to do, THEY ARE THE BEST!!! We have of course had a few minor maintenance issues that were taken care of quickly. The ONLY issues we have are the other residents leaving trash on the grounds and not placing their trash in the dumpster provided. They will either throw their trash on the side of the dumpster (EVEN THOUGH THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM INSIDE THE DUMPSTER) and I have witnessed people (May or May Not have even been residents) tossing trash out of their vehicles towards the dumpster area. The maintenance men have to drive by the dumpsters DAILY to place the trash themselves into the dumpsters (WHEN THEIR TIME COULD BE SPENT ON MORE IMPORTANT THINGS/TASKS). The layout of the apartments in regards to Parking isn't good at all. There are few Covered Carports available and even less Parking Spaces next to our building, no garages are available, plenty of handicapped parking spaces available and the Visitors Parking stays FULL. Due to where our apartment is located, I have witnessed vehicles with handicap tags/stickers park in one of the 4 Parking Spaces open (Even though all 4 of the Handicap spaces are open) and a vehicle that has a garage park in one of these 4 parking spaces as well. We did purchase 1 of the 2 Covered Carports available because we have 2 cars (1 for my husband who works 8am-5pm) and because I'm disabled and stay at home most of the time, I'm able to get 1 of the 4 spaces available for Open Parking. Even though the layout of the buildings and parking has NOTHING AT ALL to do with the Leasing Office, they did send out a notice to all residents that Parking WILL BE ENFORCED to where vehicles with certain stickers need to park where they are supposed to and vehicles either not parked where they are supposed to be OR vehicles parked in Visitor Parking for over a certain amount of days and Disabled/Non-Working vehicles will be towed. The gates have been broken since we moved in due to either someone running into the gate or cutting wires and the Leasing Office Ladies have ALREADY gotten the Exit Gate fixed and will have the Entrance Gate fixed soon. I'M SO PROUD OF THESE WOMEN AND THE STRESS THAT THEY GO THROUGH DAY AND NIGHT BUT HAVE HANDLED IT ALL WITH GRACE AND KINDNESS. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO AND FOR MAKING THIS MOVE (1st time we have lived in an apartment complex in over 20 years due to my mom's death) MORE CONVENIENT AND QUICK. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR ANYTHING MORE FROM YOUR OFFICE STAFF!!!

Pool never opens on the weekends until 3 hours or 4 hours after it's suppose to open NOW 2024 no pool at all..it’s now 2026 and the pool is never open and they’ve changed owners about 5x this place is a joke

It can be a beautiful property but it's going down and down and down. Trash everywhere. The stairs are disgusting with anything you can imagine . If you see these apartments online it looks beautiful. The gate doesn't work. People playing their music with the bass volume to the highest level. In the past when reporting loud music, yelling and screaming all times of the night, they had security you can call off if you contact them, different people tell you different things. One person says they will take care of it. The next person said they can't help you are call the police if it's after hours. Loud music coming from cars with no respect for other neighbors. They sometimes sit in the car listening to the music at the highest level. Then you have a few that plays their music on high level with bass. It's so loud you can't hear your television or talking on the phone. You politely ask them if they can lower the volume they ignore you. The managers don't seem to care. Bass level high. Some of these people have no respect for others . You can pay your rent on time. You hate to report people but it's disappointing . Sometimes kids yell after midnight screaming, loud, playing and you don't want to contact a police officer on children. The walls are thin. These apartments are such a beautiful place. Just keep the surroundings clean, the stairwell is dirty , sticky, trash all over, a one time blood. You can hardly walk without having to go around the trash , spiderwebs, and clean the area to go to your apartment. Other than these things I find them polite and patient which is some of the good qualities, There are some that are friendly and you like to see that. This is not a complaint but a few things that could help. The rooms are spacious and very nice. Pest control comes at the time they say you will when you contact the office or they make visits. I love the friendliness of the staff and those working repairs. Give them a try. I'm ill so extremely loud noise is bothersome for me. Also , I wish they would bring back security for after hours and weekends. The gate should be fixed leading to the living part of the property. They offer various programs for kids which I love even though I have none here.. They have lunch for kids too. Again if you can withstand the minor things then you will enjoy what they have to offer. Just ask for peace and quiet and cleaning the spiderwebs from the stairway and trash on stairs and dangerous spills in which I fell once.
