Axis Grand Crossing

I spent the last two years living at the Axis Grand Crossing and let me start by saying it was the best experience I have ever had living in an apartment. The staff were always friendly and helpful. If you are in the area for an apartment in Grand Prairie, then this is the place. Karen was my rep from the beginning to the end. She was amazing. Thank you Karen.

We recently moved into this apartment complex and everything has been wonderful. From our first tour to move-in day, the communication and professionalism were outstanding. We’re extremely happy with the amenities, the staff, and the overall experience. So glad we chose to make this our new home! Jasmine and the front office were amazing! They made sure we had a smooth transition and that we are happy with our new place!

one of the best experience looking at apartments. the whole community has a great vibe and i bet its due to employees being super friendly and gracious. Jasmine is the best. she makes you feel welcomed. so you know youre being taken care of. i even received and welcome gift which is a first for me! id recommend anyone to this place.

excellent experience from the time I walked through the door. I'm very big on energy and Jasmine's energy and her attitude was so positive from day one! She has a sweet spirit and her attitude is what convinced me to make Axis my home! Had a hick up with my rental verification but spoke to Roci to get this retified and provided a ledger as proof and she was able to approve my application ! Thank you both for your amazing work!

I absolutely love living in this community. The staff is amazing—always friendly and ready to engage with residents through a variety of events and activities. Maintenance is incredibly responsive and always quick to address any requests. The property is well-kept and peaceful, which I truly appreciate. I also love how the front office has implemented an open-door policy, making it easy for residents to share any questions, comments, or concerns. Since day one, this place has felt like home for my family. Jasmine and Karen are especially outstanding—they’re always prompt and efficient in getting things done. I’ve even had the pleasure of hosting two events here, and it’s been such a great experience."
