SCAM!!!! This has been one of the worst leasing experiences I've ever had. The leasing agent Ms PRICILLA gave my mother misleading information and made promises about concessions and lease terms that were not honored after she signed. Important details were either left out or misrepresented, and my mother was pressured into signing paperwork without being fully informed. Had we known the truth, we would never have agreed to this lease. On top of that, the condition of the unit does not match the price they are charging. apartment had clear maintenance and cleanliness issues - including signs of water damage, poor repairs, and overall neglect - watch the video and look at the pictures water is leaking from wall and ceiling yet they expect premium rent. It feels like corners were cut while tenants are left to deal with the consequences. This experience showed a serious lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability. Renters deserve honesty and a properly maintained home, especially at these prices. I strongly advise anyone considering leasing here it’s a bad idea don’t do it Ms Pricilla is a SCAMMER don’t trust her she will continue to lie to your face like she did us when she knows she told us the special would be honored her response was she doesn’t remember if she said or not because she spoke to multiple people but won’t say that were lying about what she said.

Stephanie showed up right when I needed assistance understanding how much I could afford to pay in rent. She had no problem taking the time to show me a townhome and was very patient throughout the process. She was definitely friendly and provided great customer service.

Been here for 4 years now, new management added what seems to be useless monthly fees to rent, just penny pinching!! I’m paying way more than what this 2 bedroom is worth, they NEVER answer the phone, there have been times I’d walk into the office and the employees are literally just ignoring the phones ring, that is very frustrating when you need to get in contact with them.2026 WILL BE my last year here.

Please please listen to these reviews been here over a year now and everything is true the bugs the property the amenities have all went away with new management. They’re not lying when they say they overcharge not even a simple overcharge of $50 but upwards of $300 for consecutive months and no answers The staff since their new can’t help you with anything and you truly will never get an answer because they are so backwards the front desk will tell you it’s on the city of Grand Prairie while the manager has no idea what you were talking about. I don’t ever leave reviews, but if I can save a family or a person from heartache, please let this message be for you

Let me start by saying Jonathan is GREAT! That's all I have for positive. I don't know if it's the new owners or what, but they just don't care anymore. I originally called about a leak coming from my ceiling around midnight, but the emergency line wasn't working. Apparently not the web service either. When they finally got to the office the next day they had no idea I had an emergency issue. Anyway, see the pictures but my entire living space was unusable for 14 DAYS and was highly inconvenient. The leak was from the sprinkler system. The water was yellow in color and smelled of antifreeze. My furniture, rugs, curtains and other personal items wer damaged. I'm still trying to clean everything up. I'm STILL finding items in my apartment that are sticky with antifreeze! I have spoken several times to the office about some compensation for my time and property loss, but they have done nothing to say the least. It's not even a big deal personally, I know accidents happen. However I did expect them to do the right thing and at least compensate for the lost square footage I was unable to use, which I have discovered is the law. I guess I was mistaken. I was highly disappointed in the new ownership. Just wanted to be treated fairly, nothing more. Side note, amenities have fallen apart as well.
